Rob Johnson is a police lieutenant, community leader, former collegiate athlete, and youth mentor committed to building trust, strengthening relationships, and creating safer communities.
As the commanding officer of the Community Affairs Unit, Rob has dedicated his career to redefining what effective community policing can look like. His experience as a competitive collegiate athlete shaped the discipline, resilience, accountability, and teamwork that now define his approach to leadership and public safety.
Beyond his work in uniform, Rob has developed and led youth mentorship, diversion, and community engagement initiatives designed to reach young people before they enter the justice system. By bringing together law enforcement, schools, families, government, and community organizations, he has built collaborative approaches that address challenges through relationships rather than simply reacting to them.
Today, Rob speaks to law enforcement professionals, educators, civic leaders, and youth-serving organizations across the country.
