Rob Johnson is a police sergeant, community leader, former collegiate athlete, and youth mentor committed to building trust and creating safer communities through relationships. His background as a competitive athlete helped shape the discipline, resilience, and work ethic that now define his approach to law enforcement and community leadership.

Beyond his role in uniform, Rob has built and led youth mentorship and diversion initiatives designed to reach young people before they enter the justice system. Drawing on lessons learned from athletics—accountability, teamwork, and preparation—he has partnered with schools, local government, and community organizations to bridge long-standing gaps between institutions and the communities they serve.
